Perhaps a couple hundred years ago the coaches pulled into this old inn with tired horses, the patrons stumbling in hungry and cold… Now the tinkle of glass on glass as bartender Liberty mixes her cocktails is lost under saxophone notes that jump and dance in the warmly lit lounge. Crafting cocktails is an art that we cary on from the past, now into present with flavors never before seen on this new main street.
